A Forest Green Wedding at the Biltmore Ballrooms, Atlanta

Some weddings feel like poetry in motion—Annie and Tim’s was one of them.

Set in the timeless space of the Biltmore Ballrooms in Atlanta, their celebration was a masterclass in, intentionality, and personal detail. Their custom-cut invitation suite set the tone: a striking palette of forest green and black with crisp white printing. The design was bold yet refined, echoing the couple’s sophisticated style and hinting at the elegant and fun time ahead.

Inside the ballroom, every detail was in perfect harmony. Forest green table linens grounded the space while rich white florals provided by Luxe and Blume florists, added softness and romance. A personalized aisle runner inscribed with their names welcomed guests into the ceremony with a sense of intimacy and familiarity.

And as stationers, what we love most? The forest green in her invitation suite matched flawlessly with the decor throughout the event. It was one of those magical moments where design, fashion, and environment align. Truly perfect.

Behind the Scenes: Designing Annie & Tim’s Suite

When Annie first described her vision—a uniquely shaped invitation that felt elegant, moody, and timeless, with forest green and black as the anchor colors, I was all in. Our custom design process allows you to do "you!" We sifted through swatches of green until she landed on the one that truly resonated. Then came the fun part: playing with accent shapes and layouts until each piece felt unmistakably them—bold, refined, and full of heart.

Every detail was designed to echo the vibe of the Biltmore Ballrooms: grand, romantic, and intentional. From the black custom-cut invitation and forest green arched accommodations card to the round rehearsal dinner invite, it was all about balance and elegance without excess.
