Pick Your Suite

Ready to move forward? Let’s find the suite that feels just right for your big day. Browse through the collection and explore the different package options to see what fits your style and your budget. You’ll also find a list of optional add-ons to personalize your suite even further — because the details matter.

 

Order a Sample

Do you want to know what the suite feels like and looks like in person? Order a sample! Each of the Wedding Collection Suites have samples available for purchase. You will receive a full suite as it is pictured in the wedding collection. Each sample is $20 and if you choose to move forward with ordering one of the wedding collections, your $20 will be credited back to you.

Customize Your Suite

You are able to customize the wording, ink color, and paper choices to you and your wedding day, but the general design layout will remain the same. This allows us to keep the price of the collection and turnaround time lower than custom-design invitation suites.

Place Your Order

Once you’ve chosen the suite that feels just right — along with your package, add-ons, and quantity — you can check out with your 50% retainer and the fun officially begins! You’ll receive a welcome email with your next steps so we can kick off the proofing process and start bringing your vision to life.

Submit Your Wording

Once your order is placed, you’ll be added to our client management system where you can view all your documents as we move through the process together. You’ll also receive a form to fill out with your wording and any additional details we need to personalize your suite. It’s all designed to keep things smooth, organized, and stress-free.

Proofing

Once you’ve submitted your wording, you’ll receive a proof of your suite within 3–5 business days. If you’ve requested customizations, allow an additional 3–5 days. You’ll have two complimentary rounds of edits to make sure everything feels just right before final approval is required.

 

Approval and Final Payment

Once your design is approved and feeling just right, you’ll receive a print release to sign and submit your final payment — then it’s go time! We’ll move straight into production and bring your suite to life.

Production

Production takes approximately 2–4 weeks, depending on the suite you’ve selected. If you’re opting for letterpress or foil stamping, plan for an extra 1–2 weeks — those specialty finishes take a little more time, but they’re absolutely worth it. This timeline allows us to ensure everything is beautifully printed, perfectly finished, and thoroughly quality-checked before it heads your way.

Shipping

Once your order is complete, you’ll get a notification that your stationery is officially on its way! Your suite will ship complimentary via UPS to the address you provided — so get ready for that happy mail moment.
