At your in-person or video consultation, we discuss the details of your event and your ideas for your custom invitations. Here is where you do all the talking and I do all the listening. I'm interested in all of the details of your event. Please come prepared to share your Pinterest boards, clippings, fabrics, venue, colors, theme, attire, etc. All the little details set the stage for your dream invitations. No need to feel overwhelmed, I am here to guide you and offer creative insight to ensure you achieve the perfect invite for your event. (DESIGN HOMEWORK)
Because all of our designs are custom built to fit customer requirements, the cost varies based on several factors. These factors include the cost of materials, enhancements, printing, production time, and quantity. Once you have selected a package suitable for your event, a formal quote will be provided.
Formalities
Contracts
To secure your date and project, we require a signed contract and a 20% non-refundable retainer fee. With your formal quote, we will also provide a production timeline which includes scheduled due dates for payments and delivery of digital samples and completed project.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations after your project is formally secured under a signed contract, the retainer fee is non-refundable. If the order is canceled at any point during production, any funds paid toward the completed project are non-refundable, but the remaining balance will not be required.
Design Phase
Where
the fun
begins
After the consult and formalities come the fun part. We will collaborate consistently on your design, using your Pinterest, theme, and ideas you've provided to design the perfect invite to set to stage for your event. Following your production schedule, we will design your stationery piece by piece with your approval for each. All proofs will be provided as PDF files. This allows us to share as many design options as necessary to meet your approval, without additional cost. However, hard copy samples can be provided for an additional sample fee. Once we have the final design for all the pieces in your package and we know that you love, love, love every element, we can begin production.
NOTE: Please proofread all pieces of your stationery suite to check for spelling and grammatical errors. Your written approval is required to begin production.
Production Phase
A good plan comes together
Your stationery is hand-made in-house to provide the special care and craftmanship that will wow your guests and set the theme for your spectacular event. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks to complete the production process unless your production schedule outlines additional time. Rush services are available if our current production schedule permits. Rush services are an additional 30%
Your invitations will be delivered to you according to the date on your production schedule. If your envelopes are addressed as part of your design packages, we will stuff, stamp and mail for $1.00 each
